If you elect to undergo laser-assisted cataract surgery, your first stop at the surgery center will be here — at the femtosecond laser station.
This is the Femtosecond Laser (FTOC). It is used to divide your cataract into smaller pieces and also to correct astigmatism on your cornea.
Once the laser treatment is complete, we’ll get you prepped for the next step and bring you into the operating room to complete your cataract surgery.
