John F. Haarde, II, O.D. graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in biology and then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry.
In optometry school, Dr. Haarde completed his course of study in therapeutics and glaucoma care. Dr. Haarde is a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist who is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
His clinical interests involve ocular disease diagnostics as well as pre and post-surgical management. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and the Dallas County Optometric Association. In his spare time, Dr. Haarde enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with his wife and three kids.
